Who is on the Negotiating Team for 2026 Raise Pool Bargaining?

Following UTSF bylaws, the UTSF Executive Council has completed its consultation with Area Representatives with regards to the composition of the Negotiating Team that will represent UTSF in the forthcoming 2026 raise pool bargaining. We are pleased to welcome the following colleagues to the Negotiating Team:

  • Nicole Buchanan, UTSF President and Professor in the Department of Psychology

  • Musaib Ashraf, UTSF Treasurer and Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting & Information Systems

  • Jane Bunnell, Professor in the College of Music

  • Karthik Durvasula, Associate Professor in the Department of Linguistics, Languages, and Cultures

  • Satish Joshi, UTSF At-Large Board Member and Professor in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics

The Negotiating Team will be accompanied by Gabriel Snyder, who is UTSF’s MEA UniServ Director.

The timeline for negotiations has not been determined yet. Stay tuned.
